Who Are We?
We are Hoodyco, a limited company based in the United Kingdom on a sole mission to outfit our customers in the best quality clothing we can offer with the best designs we can create at a cost that reflects the standard of products that they recieve. We also design and sell Limited Edition clothing under our own name.

DESIGN
Do I Get To Choose the Print Colour?
The designs that we offer are designed with the print colour set out to help identify the design and suit its style. We also take into account the colours of the ordered clothing as we aim to match the print colour to suit all the hoodies (generally two colours, a dark colour and a light colour). However, if you have something in particular in mind then we are happy to work with you so that you get the look you want.
Can I Submit My Own Design?
Yes, if you have something you would like printing on your groups’ hoodies/tees then feel free to email and ask, we’re more than happy to help. Your design will need to be submitted in either JPEG, Photoshop or Illustrator format. (.jpg/.psd/.ai)
How Many Colours Can I Design In?
If you submit your own design we recommend that you design it in a single colour, any design to be printed with more than one colour will be subject to additional cost due to additional setup charges p/colour. If you would like more than one colour then we tend to say the most is 4 colours p/design.
How Long Does The Print Last?
Who knows! We’ve been rocking our own hoodies for a good few years now and the designs and prints are still present and looking good.
Will All Of Our Names Be On The Back?
Of course, one of our main features on our clothing is that all of your staff or group members are clearly represented on the back of your tops. If for whatever reason you don’t want your groups names on the back then we won’t put them on – whatever you want!
Can We Have Our Groups Details In The Design?
Yes, these are both present on the front design as well as on the back of the clothing to ensure you are representing your group clearly and strongly.
Can I Alter The Design To Make It More Bespoke To My Group?
We’re always open to suggestions, get in contact with us and we’ll take it from there.
Is The Print Setup Included In The Cost Of Each Product?
Depending on the product and whether you have selected one of our bespoke deals (Seasonnaire/Leavers/Club). If it is one of our deals then, oh yes! You pay a single price per garment for the whole package; design, print, packaging, labelling and courier delivery.
If you are having a bespoke package then setup cost will not be included in each product.
How Accurate Does The Spelling Have To Be?
This is something we insist you check and double check before confirming your final design and group names list. This is because once it has been confirmed we are not liable for any misspellings or inaccuracies on the design details etc.

What type of clothing do you offer?
This year we are offering three types of clothing; Jersey Tee-shirts, Pullover and Zip Hoodies. All are available in a selection styles and colours. We have a Regular Pull, Heavy Pull, female Long Pullover, TwoTone Pullover however just because it's not on the website if you are after something inparticular then please ask as I'm sure we can find it for you!
Can I Have The Men’s Chest Sizing Please?
You sure can; SM (42”) MED (45”) LRG (47”) XLRG (50”)
How Do They Fit?
Nicely! All our hoodies (both Zip and all Pullovers) are fitted for both the men and the women so make sure you’re all looking styling and not frumpy and misshapen.
Can I Order A Men’s Top Even Though I am A Women?
Of course, we get a lot of people wanting a looser fit so they order a men’s fit over the women’s.
Are These The Only Colours You Can Offer Me?
All the colours we offer are shown on the clothing page under each garment.
How Do I Wash The Clothing?
To find out how to make your clothing all squeaky clean again please see the inside label of the garment, there it will tell you what to do and what not to do to it to make sure it remains all lovely and snugly. We recommend washing your hoodies and tees inside out and do not iron over the design.
Can We Mix Clothing Types In Our Order?
You can mix the garment types yes, as long as you order the minimum of 20 pieces in each chosen clothing type.
Do All The Garments Have To Be The Same Colour Throughout The Order?
No, the clothing colour is up to the individual when the group places its order. We have had groups make an order of all the same colour hoodies however the bulk of people like their own individual choice.

We think so! We have spent many hours working through the order forms to make sure they are the simplist they can be. The Ordering Page highlights the easy steps to take.
Where Can I Get A Hold Of One Of Your eForms?
Click on the Ordering Page and follow the link there or head to the Contact page and email to request one from us directly.
When I Order, Do I Get To See The Final Design On The Clothing?
Once you have sent us your completed forms we will lay up your design on your chosen clothing and email a draft for you to check and confirm.
How Quick Is The Ordering Process From Placing To Delivery?
We quote a delivery time of 20 working days from receipt of payment however we always endeavour to deliver well within that time scale. At busy periods we ask everyone (including our staff!) to be as efficient as possible so that it minimises potential delays though we always let you know how the order is progressing.
How Do I Get The Cash I’ve Taken From My Group To You?
You can either send your payment by BACS, Cheque or securely online via Google Checkout (no account required).
Seasonnaire Deal: In the past our clients have transferred the cash in resort into their own accounts via the local Post Office and then paid the balance to us from their personal account. Also you could pay the cash to a local bank and have them transfer the cash to us via an overseas transaction or ask your companies accounts department to organise the payment.

How Long Does The Order Take To Arrive?
Once the payment is taken you will receive your order within 20 working days.
When should I place my order to ensure it arrives on time (Seasonnaire Deal)?
If you know your departure date from resort then I suggest you work back from that given date. The more time you give the better really, though orders submitted in February are hugely welcome to ease the rush!
Who Delivers My Box Of Sweet Clothing?
We have a close working relationship with UPS as well as the Post Office and they have assured us that a lovely man (or woman) will delivery your box of treats to you personally, so watch out for a delivery type person dressed in Brown and Gold!
Will It Be Delivered To Me At My Accommodation (Seasonnaire Deal)?
Yes, whatever address you submit to us during the ordering process will be the address to which your order will be delivered. We will give you your Tracking number so that you know when to expect the arrival of your parcel. We can not stress enough that the addresses submitted are correct with the accurate post code and building number as we will only ship your product out to you once, any items returned due to inaccurate addressing will be subject to additional costs.
Is The Cost Of Courier Delivery Service Extra?
No, this express service is included in the individual garment price (deals only).

Email is your best bet, because these can be easily monitored, if you would like to call then please feel free however all the order placing is done via the internet for precision and clarity.
Will You Get Back To Me Quickly To Confirm My Order As It May Be A Bit Short Notice?
We hope so, we're pretty hot on our emailing skills so once you submit your order we will endeavour to get back to you ASAP, if you are emailing from abroad then please remember to allow for the time-zone differences.
What If There Is A Mistake When They Arrive?
If, for whatever reason, there is a mistake with your order, then you need to contact us ASAP. We will check that what you have confirmed in the ordering stage was what was printed, and take appropriate action to correct it accordingly.
What Happens With Regard To The Exchange Rate And The Cost Of Your Products?
All of our prices are set in pounds sterling (£) as well as in Euros (€) and these will remain standard through out the season, they will not fluctuate.
Are Your Payment Methods Efficient And More Importantly, Are They Secure?
Yes, we only use certified, secure payment methods that are quick and easy to use. Google Checkout has been well received with our previous clients and there is no need for an account and are all simple click-through processes.
What Will I Need In Order To Complete A Bank Transfer?
This depends on the country that you are ordering from. From the UK then a BACS transfer is usually 1-3 working days. If you are sorting it from overseas then we have found that most do not require a current local account, you can simply ask to transfer money to our account (our details are on our invoices) from a local branch.
